– The PDF file has no bookmarks
– No form fields, links and headers (i.e., any text appearing before the paper title) are found in the PDF file
A double-blind peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration. For that, authors must not indicate their names and affiliations in the body of the paper.
Papers can be submitted online at http://edas.info/N22180
IEEE Transaction on Industry Applications
Due to the technical co-sponsorship of IEEE-IAS, selected papers presented during the conference, could be submitted after the conference closure for a second round of review in IEEE Trans. on Industry Applications. No specific changes are requested for this first round of review but a letter of invitation to submit should be asked from the IEACon 2016 Technical Program Committee. Papers must first be presented to be eligible.
Accordingly, authors, reviewers, and editors should:
Ensure that papers fall well within the scope of the IAS. One way of showing relevance is by reviewing the content of previous papers appearing in IAS publications, and including them as reference when appropriate.
IAS Transactions papers were always presented at a conference as a condition. It is critical, before a paper goes to print in the Transactions, to update any reference to an IAS conference paper with the newer, peer-reviewed version published in the Transactions or Magazine, if it is available.
